You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously — you know how to prioritize tasks and keep track of candidates at various stages of the hiring pipeline. You are also familiar with recruitment tools and platforms that streamline the hiring process, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively.
What you'll do
As a Business Recruiter at Adyen, you will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment activities for vacancies in our North America offices. You will collaborate closely with the Global HR Team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals. Your role will involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
You will also play a key role in building out the North America recruiting function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance our hiring processes. You will work with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on candidate selection, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
