What you'll do

In this role, you will own features like multi-node training and products such as serverless reinforcement learning from conception to MVP and beyond. You will architect solutions that span the entire stack, ensuring that the infrastructure supports the needs of the product. You will collaborate with research engineers to implement cutting-edge training techniques, enhancing the overall user experience. Your responsibilities will include fine-tuning models and developing a deep understanding of user workflows to drive product improvements.

You will also be involved in the design and implementation of automated checkpointing features, ensuring that model versions created during training are backed up to the cloud. This will enable users to deploy their models seamlessly. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of AI products at Baseten.
