What you'll do

As an AI Engineer at Basis, you will own the development of internal systems and agents from scoping to deployment. You will identify opportunities for automation and design systems that streamline workflows. Your role will involve writing code, utilizing low-code tools, and shaping agent behavior through prompts and evaluations. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the solutions you build are impactful and effective. You will measure the impact of your projects and iterate on them to continuously improve efficiency across the organization. Your contributions will help make Basis the first truly agent-native company, enhancing the productivity of every employee.
