Basis AI is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to manage and optimize candidate interviews. You'll work closely with the Talent Team in New York City to ensure a smooth recruitment process. This position requires 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a related administrative role.

Who you are

You have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or a fast-paced administrative role — you thrive in environments where attention to detail is crucial, ensuring that every candidate email, link, and calendar invite is accurate. You are collaborative and process-oriented, able to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule interviews and guide candidates through the process. Your ability to multi-task is exceptional, allowing you to juggle dozens of candidates and interview loops at once while prioritizing ruthlessly and context-switching smoothly. You enjoy turning chaos into momentum and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Head of Talent and Recruiting Ops Lead in managing and optimizing everything associated with candidate interviews. You will own all virtual and onsite scheduling, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You will play a key role in helping Basis AI scale its headcount rapidly, contributing to the company's growth and success. Your attention to detail will help spot inconsistencies before they become issues, and your collaborative spirit will foster strong relationships with team members.
