What you'll do

As a Senior AI Engineer at Basis Technologies, you will lead the development of agent systems that revolutionize how media professionals plan and execute campaigns. You will balance rapid prototyping with production-quality delivery, ensuring that the solutions you create are not only innovative but also reliable and user-friendly. Collaborating with Data Science, Product, and Platform teams, you will leverage your expertise to implement LLM-powered automation and media planning intelligence that enhances the media buying lifecycle.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing algorithms that optimize campaign performance, utilizing machine learning techniques to analyze data and improve decision-making processes. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster their growth.
