You have experience in delivering web technologies in a professional services capacity — you understand the importance of managing project scopes within allocated hours and days. Your background includes planning, design, implementation, configuration, data transformation, training, and transitioning projects to other teams. You are fluent in German, which allows you to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple phases of client projects — your organizational skills enable you to keep track of project timelines and deliverables. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Technical Consultant at Bazaarvoice, you will be responsible for all phases of client projects, from initial planning to final implementation. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve configuring systems, transforming data, and providing training to ensure a smooth transition to other teams.

You will also be expected to manage project timelines effectively, ensuring that all deliverables are met within the allocated hours. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided.
