Who you are

You have over 4 years of experience in web application testing, ensuring that software meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your solid analytical skills allow you to review product requirements effectively, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and testable. You possess a strong understanding of testing methodologies and principles, which enables you to develop validation plans based on a risk-based testing methodology. Your working knowledge of SQL allows you to develop and execute test cases for software modules with high complexity, ensuring that all aspects of the software are thoroughly tested.

You are proficient in test automation, utilizing industry-standard tools to automate test scripts and improve testing efficiency. Your excellent problem-solving skills and learning capability enable you to tackle complex issues that arise during testing. You have strong time management and organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks effectively while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code. Your strong oral and written communication skills facilitate collaboration with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals.

Desirable

Experience with clinical trial software or similar domains would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.

What you'll do

In your role as a Product Owner at Suvoda, you will report to the Senior/Principal Software Test Engineer, Group Lead, or Manager of Software Testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of clinical trial software, with a strong emphasis on patient safety and the integrity of clinical study data. You will review product requirements and verify that they are clear, consistent, and testable, developing validation plans according to a risk-based testing methodology.

You will set up testing environments and prepare testing data, authoring and executing test scripts while documenting defects and tracking their resolutions. Collaborating with others, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality code and assist with software deployment into all environments, completing all required documentation. Additionally, you will assist the support team with the investigation of production issues, leveraging your expertise to resolve challenges effectively.

Your role will also involve automating test scripts using industry-standard tools, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process. You will perform other related duties as required, adapting to the evolving needs of the team and the organization.
