What you'll do

As a Billing and Collections Specialist at Belong, you will own the end-to-end billing workflow, generating and reviewing accurate invoices for homeowners and residents. You will monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up consistently on overdue invoices, supporting collection efforts across all delinquency stages. Collaborating closely with the Member Success team, you will implement effective outreach and recovery strategies to ensure accounts receivable remain in a strong, healthy state. Your role will involve coordinating efforts with various departments to enhance the overall billing and collections process, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
