What you'll do

In your role as a Home Coordinator, you will spend 90% of your time conducting home tours, showcasing outstanding homes available for rent to potential residents. You will highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each property, ensuring that each tour is engaging and informative. The remaining 10% of your responsibilities will involve completing various tasks related to the home, such as conducting quality assurance checks, handling pre-move-in tasks like key copying, and setting up lockbox access at homes. Your attention to detail will ensure that move-ins are effortless and that residents have a positive experience from the start.
