You possess excellent communication skills that help you build relationships with potential residents. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are part of your strengths, and you have reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license. A smartphone with a data/text plan for communication and task management is essential, and local area knowledge is a plus.

What you'll do

As a Home Coordinator at Belong, your primary responsibility will be to conduct home tours, showcasing outstanding homes available for rent to potential residents. You will highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each property, ensuring that each experience feels special. The remaining part of your role will involve completing other tasks related to the home, such as conducting quality assurance checks, handling pre move-in tasks like key copying, and setting up lockbox access at homes. You will be a crucial part of the team, helping to create a welcoming environment for new residents.
