You are a people person with a passion for real estate and a talent for creating unforgettable experiences. You possess excellent communication skills that allow you to connect and build relationships with potential residents. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are key traits that define you, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Having local area knowledge is a plus, as it helps you provide better insights during home tours.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the face of Belong, guiding potential residents through our stunning homes and ensuring every detail is perfect for move-in. Conducting home tours will make up 90% of your responsibilities, where you will showcase outstanding homes available for rent, highlighting their unique features, amenities, and benefits. The remaining 10% involves completing other tasks related to the home, such as conducting quality assurance checks, performing pre-move-in tasks like key copying, and setting up lockbox access at homes. You will gain valuable experience in the real estate industry and develop your skills as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
