Job Description
Who you are
You are a friendly and detail-oriented individual who loves connecting with people and has an eye for beautiful homes. You possess excellent communication skills that help you build relationships with potential residents. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are key traits you bring to the table, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Having local area knowledge is a plus, but no prior experience is necessary.
What you'll do
As a Home Coordinator at Belong, you will spend 90% of your time conducting home tours, showcasing outstanding homes available for rent to potential residents. You will highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each property, ensuring that each experience feels special. The remaining 10% of your role will involve completing other tasks related to the home, such as conducting quality assurance checks, handling pre-move-in tasks like key copying and setting up lockbox access, and performing light inspections. Your role is crucial in making the move-in process effortless for residents.
