Belong is hiring a Home Coordinator to conduct home tours and assist with property management tasks. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility in scheduling.
Job Description
Who you are
You are someone with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and connecting with potential residents, residents, and homeowners alike. You make people feel welcome and valued, which is essential in providing a great experience. Flexibility and adaptability are part of your skill set, allowing you to manage a dynamic workload and handle multiple tasks with ease. You have reliable transportation, a valid US Driver's License, and proof of insurance, which are necessary for this role. You are equipped with a smartphone that has a data and text plan, and you have availability during weekdays and weekends, with a preference for late afternoon to early evening on weekdays. While no prior experience is necessary, you possess a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
In this role, you will spend 90% of your time conducting home tours, showcasing outstanding homes available for rent to potential residents. You will highlight the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each property, ensuring that potential residents have a clear understanding of what is available. The remaining 10% of your responsibilities will involve completing various tasks related to the home, such as conducting quality assurance checks and handling pre-move-in tasks like key copying and setting up lockbox access at homes. You will gain valuable experience in the real estate industry and develop your skills as part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the mission of providing exceptional experiences to potential residents and homeowners.
