What you'll do

In this role, you will craft smart and creative strategies to attract high-impact candidates across various roles and functions. You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them from job scoping to onboarding, ensuring that every team member has an exceptional experience from day one. You will also help shape and share Belong's employer brand online and within communities that matter. Your role will involve spotting gaps in current processes, proposing solutions, and continuously improving the way we work to make Belong a place where people are proud to grow.
