Who you are
You have experience as a GTM Recruiter, ideally in a high-growth startup environment — you understand the nuances of sourcing talent for both technical and non-technical roles and have a proven track record of enhancing recruitment processes. Your high level of emotional intelligence allows you to engage effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. You possess a strong sense of ownership and can move with urgency, adapting to the dynamic nature of a fast-paced organization. You are comfortable working remotely and have a passion for growing teams in a distributed setting. Your creativity shines through in how you source strong talent, utilizing various channels and strategies to attract the best candidates.
Desirable
Experience in recruiting for SaaS companies or technology-focused organizations is a plus. Familiarity with tools and platforms that facilitate remote recruitment can set you apart. A background in human resources or talent acquisition will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of building a diverse and skilled team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in doubling the size of the GTM organization at WorkOS this year. You will enhance the recruitment process by implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent.
