What you'll do

In this role, you will play a crucial part in doubling the size of the GTM organization at WorkOS this year. You will enhance the recruitment process by implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent. Your responsibilities will include driving candidate engagement, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects the values of WorkOS. As part of a lean team, you will need to balance long-term strategic goals with practical day-to-day execution, making quick decisions that align with the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with various stakeholders to refine job descriptions and improve the overall recruitment process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective.
