Who you are
You are a motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales, particularly in the biotechnology or technology sectors. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various personas within an account, ensuring successful sales outcomes through effective pipeline generation and accurate sales forecasting. Your ability to communicate the value of technology solutions is key to your success in this role.
You have a proven track record of creating new business opportunities and engaging with multiple personas within the prospect/customer base. Your strategic approach to sales includes leveraging data to inform decision-making and ensure predictable revenue outcomes. You understand the importance of tailoring presentations to meet the unique needs of each client, effectively communicating how Benchlingβs R&D Cloud can unlock the power of biotechnology.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business within your territory, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will create 80% of your pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and utilizing various strategies and tools to generate leads and move them through the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining accurate sales forecasts, leveraging data to inform decision-making and ensure predictable revenue outcomes with the goal of consistent attainment of revenue targets.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring successful sales outcomes through effective pipeline generation. Your ability to communicate the value of our platform will be essential, as you tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of each client. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that our solutions are effectively positioned in the market.
