Benchling is seeking an Events Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness across North America. You'll develop and execute event strategies for industry conferences and trade shows. This role requires strong operational excellence and collaboration skills.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in events marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in managing and executing successful events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop comprehensive event strategies that align with marketing priorities and sales objectives. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that events deliver measurable business impact. Your creativity shines through in your ability to design engaging event experiences that resonate with target audiences. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess the effectiveness of events and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the strategy, planning, and execution of all third-party events, including industry conferences, partner events, and trade shows. You will collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team to develop an annual event strategy and roadmap that aligns with marketing priorities and sales objectives. You will be responsible for managing event logistics, including vendor selection, budget management, and on-site execution. You will also support field-led and customer-facing events, such as executive forums and user groups, as business needs require. Your role will involve analyzing event performance metrics to assess the impact of events on pipeline growth and customer engagement. You will work to ensure that all events reflect Benchling's brand values and messaging, creating memorable experiences for attendees. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve event strategies.
