You have a strong background in events marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful strategies that drive engagement and revenue. Your experience includes managing end-to-end event logistics and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, always focusing on outcomes that matter.
You possess strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance marketing effectiveness. Your social media management experience allows you to engage with technical audiences effectively, crafting messages that resonate and drive interest in Protege's offerings. You have a solid understanding of product marketing and sales enablement, creating collateral that speaks to specific verticals and audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the execution of Protege's conference strategy, ensuring that the right team members are present at key events to maximize visibility and engagement. You will develop a disciplined playbook that transforms event opportunities into revenue-driving initiatives, connecting potential buyers and partners with Protege's innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with commercial teams and partnerships to ensure that every touchpoint contributes to meaningful pipeline growth.
You will analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, using your analytical skills to track how events contribute to revenue outcomes. This involves creating reports and insights that inform future strategies and improve overall performance. You will also be responsible for managing social media campaigns related to events, ensuring that Protege's presence is felt across relevant platforms and communities.
Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with the marketing team, commercial teams, and the Protege Data Lab to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned and effective. You will also be expected to test and build scalable systems from scratch, contributing to the overall growth mindset of the startup.
