What you'll do

As a Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for customers and prospects, working to develop optimal solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve engaging with senior leaders from both scientific and IT backgrounds, establishing trust and credibility from the outset. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging your understanding of Life Sciences R&D processes. You will also participate in pre-sales activities, working alongside account executives to present tailored solutions that drive customer success. Your contributions will directly impact the acceleration of product development and market readiness for our clients.
