Desirable

Experience in biotechnology or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with complex IT environments and lab instruments. You are adept at navigating legacy applications and integrating new solutions into existing systems. What you'll do

As a Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our customers and prospects, working to develop and implement solutions that meet their unique needs. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, professional services, and product leaders, to ensure that the solutions presented are optimal and deliver maximum value. Your role will involve engaging with senior scientific and IT leaders, understanding their requirements, and crafting tailored solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies. You will also play a crucial role in pre-sales activities, helping to articulate the value of Benchling's R&D Cloud to potential clients.
