BenchPrep is hiring a Part-Time HRCI Exam Prep Expert & Product Owner to drive product strategy and enhancements for their certification exam prep products. You'll leverage your HR expertise and product management skills to ensure learner success and market alignment.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of the HR domain — your experience allows you to effectively guide product strategy and execution for certification exam prep products. You are skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure that products meet the needs of HR professionals. Your ability to conduct market research and analyze user feedback helps you continuously improve product offerings and drive learner success.

You are adept at managing product roadmaps and aligning them with business goals — your strategic mindset enables you to prioritize features and enhancements that will have the most significant impact on user satisfaction and adoption rates. You understand the importance of metrics and data-driven decision-making in product management, allowing you to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the vision and strategy for the HRCI exam prep products, ensuring they align with market needs and learner expectations. You will conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements, collaborating closely with content, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

You will be responsible for defining and communicating the product roadmap, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed about upcoming features and improvements. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions, as well as working with external partners like HRCI to ensure that the products meet certification standards and learner needs.

You will also focus on continuous improvement, leveraging data and user insights to refine the product offerings and enhance the overall learner experience. Your ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks will be crucial in this part-time position, as you work to balance product management responsibilities with collaboration across teams.
