PolicyMe is hiring a Product Manager to lead product execution for their Life & Critical Illness line of business. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and insurance experts to enhance customer experience. This role requires strong analytical and collaboration skills.

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the insurance or financial services sector. You understand the importance of customer-centric design and have a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable product features. Your analytical thinking allows you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to bring innovative solutions to life. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a startup environment and are excited about the opportunity to modernize the insurance industry.
Desirable
Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You may have a background in user research or A/B testing, which will help you validate product decisions and iterate based on user feedback. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working with various stakeholders to align on product vision and execution.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at PolicyMe, you will own the product execution for one of our core lines of business within Life & Critical Illness. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and insurance experts to develop and launch new features that improve customer experience. Your role will involve defining product requirements, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with the company's strategic objectives. You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights and validate product decisions, as well as analyzing metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.
You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in facilitating discussions and making decisions that drive product success. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall product culture at PolicyMe.
