What you'll do
In this role, you will own two critical product domains: the marketing technology stack and payments infrastructure. You will partner closely with engineering to evolve these systems, ensuring they meet compliance requirements and address the needs of enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and implementing best practices in product management. You will work on optimizing checkout processes and enhancing payment processing capabilities, ensuring a seamless user experience.
You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to users. This includes working with marketing, sales, and customer support to align product features with business goals. You will analyze user feedback and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
