Benevity is hiring a Senior Event & Experiences Manager to strategize and execute in-person events that drive engagement and pipeline growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events reflect the Benevity brand. This role requires strong event management experience.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in event management, with extensive experience in strategizing, planning, and executing successful in-person events. Your ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales ensures that every event you manage aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable outcomes. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about creating memorable experiences that resonate with attendees.
You possess excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, allowing you to maintain budgets and timelines effectively. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders, ensuring that all aspects of an event are executed flawlessly. You are also committed to fostering a culture of belonging and inclusivity, making sure that every participant feels valued and engaged.
What you'll do
As the Senior Event & Experiences Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Benevity's in-person events portfolio, which includes local events, sponsored trade shows, and the flagship conference, Benevity Live. You will strategize and plan each event, ensuring they align with the company's mission and brand values. Your role will involve maintaining detailed budgets and optimizing event logistics to ensure successful execution.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and deepen engagement with clients and prospects. This includes working with Product Marketing to develop event content, coordinating with Demand Generation on promotional strategies, and partnering with Sales to ensure events meet business objectives. You will also measure the success of each event, analyzing feedback and metrics to continuously improve future experiences.
