Benevity is hiring a Senior Event & Experiences Manager to strategize and execute in-person events that enhance client engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure events reflect the Benevity brand and drive measurable business outcomes.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in event management, with at least 5 years of experience planning and executing large-scale events. You understand the intricacies of budgeting and logistics, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with various teams, including marketing and sales, allows you to create events that resonate with attendees and meet business objectives. You are passionate about creating memorable experiences that align with a company's mission and values.
What you'll do
As the Senior Event & Experiences Manager, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of Benevity's in-person events portfolio. This includes strategizing, planning, executing, and measuring the success of local events, trade shows, and the flagship conference, Benevity Live. You will maintain a detailed budget for each event, ensuring that they come in under budget while still delivering a world-class experience. Your role will require you to work closely with teams across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that every event contributes to pipeline growth and deepens engagement with clients and prospects.
