Who you are

You have a strong background in product management with a focus on API ecosystems — you've successfully defined and executed product strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Your experience includes working with microservices and event-driven architectures, ensuring that products are scalable and maintainable. You are adept at market analysis, keeping abreast of emerging trends like GraphQL and API Gateways, and you can articulate the business value of API initiatives to stakeholders.

You possess a strategic mindset and are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement — you understand the importance of Developer Experience (DX) and have implemented strategies that enhance the usability and adoption of APIs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, allows you to drive product synergy and ensure cohesive development efforts.

You are passionate about technology and its potential to create social impact — your commitment to purpose-driven work aligns with Benevity's mission to help companies engage in social action. You are also open to learning and adapting to new technologies, particularly in the realm of AI and automated systems.

Desirable

Experience with semantic labeling and machine-to-machine optimizations is a plus — you understand how these concepts can future-proof APIs and enhance their functionality. Familiarity with API management tools and platforms will also be beneficial in this role.
