What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of Berkadia’s technology infrastructure — this includes managing both physical and virtual servers, ensuring they operate smoothly and securely. You will work closely with the Cloud and Infrastructure Technology Team to implement cloud-based solutions that align with the company's modernization goals.

You will be tasked with optimizing existing systems and processes — your insights will help drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You will also play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services.

As part of your responsibilities, you will implement and manage monitoring tools to track system performance — your analytical skills will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that all systems meet performance standards. You will also be involved in the development and execution of backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard company data.

Collaboration is key in this position — you will work with various teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that support their objectives.
