What you'll do
As an HR Intern at Berkadia, you will support key initiatives that strengthen the HR infrastructure and enhance the employee experience. You will update and maintain skills data within HR systems like Mercer and Workday, assisting in the company's transition to a skills-based talent management approach. Your role will involve moving job descriptions into Workday and auditing job profiles for accuracy and completeness.
You will also aggregate agreements and hiring documentation to ensure compliance with data retention policies. Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to engage in various HR projects, gaining practical experience that will be invaluable as you begin your professional journey.
