What you'll do
In this role, you will support end-to-end hiring for fresher and entry-level roles, which includes sourcing, screening, and calling candidates for various positions. You will schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels, maintaining candidate trackers to ensure timely follow-ups. Assisting in releasing offer letters and completing onboarding documentation will be part of your responsibilities. You will also ensure strong communication and coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders, contributing to improving hiring processes and enhancing the candidate experience.
