Who you are
As a Human Resources Intern, you are eager to gain hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary role within the HR department. You are detail-oriented and organized, with a strong interest in operations, recruitment, and employee relations. You are ready to support various HR functions, including recordkeeping and compliance, while working collaboratively with the team.
You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with employees at all levels. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively will be essential in this role. You are enthusiastic about learning and contributing to the HR team's success, and you are open to feedback and guidance from experienced professionals.
What you'll do
In this internship, you will assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, helping to ensure a smooth experience for new hires. You will support employee relations initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records and assisting with compliance-related tasks to ensure the organization meets all regulatory requirements.
