What you'll do

As a Production Technology Coordinator at Better, you will serve as the primary point of contact for operational and technical support related to Matrix tools, systems, and workflows. You will troubleshoot issues across various platforms, including email, scheduling, websites, and internal tools, identifying root causes and implementing timely solutions. Your responsibilities will also include setting up onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring they have the necessary system access and resources. Additionally, you will manage offboarding processes to ensure proper removal of system access for departing employees.
