Overview

Netflix is hiring a Production Coordinator to support the Assets team on an exciting new animated feature film. You'll be responsible for ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow across the team. This role requires experience in production coordination.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience as a Production Coordinator, ideally within the animation or film industry, where you've supported teams in delivering high-quality projects on time. Your strong organizational skills allow you to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed. You excel in communication, acting as a key liaison between various departments and artists, fostering collaboration and clarity in workflows.

You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance team efficiency. Your ability to track progress and provide timely updates ensures that everyone is aligned with project goals. You understand the importance of maintaining schedules and are adept at adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain daily floor schedules in collaboration with the Production Supervisor and other leads, assigning tasks to artists and ensuring they have the necessary support and materials. You will track the progress of tasks within your team, providing timely Estimate to Complete (ETC) reports and logging any materials received or distributed to artists. Your role will involve clear communication of any variances from agreed targets set by the Production Supervisor and priorities set by the Production Manager.

You will provide weekly summary reports that highlight team progress, achievements, and challenges, collaborating closely with supervisors to ensure that the production runs smoothly. Your contributions will be vital in creating a supportive environment for artists, helping them to achieve their creative goals while adhering to production timelines.
