You have 5+ years of experience in a print production environment, adept at collaborating with outside vendors, designers, and buyers to ensure a smooth production process. Your attention to detail allows you to manage production specifications and documentation effectively, ensuring that all requirements are met.

You thrive in a team environment and have a proven track record of setting productivity goals for manufacturing teams. Your experience includes coordinating production schedules and logistics, addressing any issues or delays promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Production Coordinator at Esri, you will support the creation of printing, assembly, and manufacturing specifications, facilitating planning and quality assurance processes. You will ensure that lot control is properly managed and controlled, participating in quality inspections and providing decision support with vendors.

You will build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, customers, and the production team to ensure timely procurement of supplies and materials. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will help maintain and improve existing production processes, utilizing enterprise applications like SAP and Workfront to communicate job progress in real time.
