What you'll do

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Malt, you will be instrumental in shaping features that enhance our tech-powered platform. You will collaborate with a specialized squad composed of software engineers, product designers, and product managers, ensuring that each feature aligns with our users' needs and our business goals. You will take part in the full development cycle, from brainstorming ideas to deploying features and monitoring their performance.

You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality standards. You will also engage in discussions about architecture and design, contributing your insights to improve the overall system. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
