You have a strong background in payroll services, with experience in client-facing roles that require problem-solving and communication skills. Your expertise in Excel allows you to analyze data effectively and support clients in integrating their payroll systems with Betterment's employer benefits platform. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams such as Client Experience, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for clients. You understand the importance of timely and accurate payroll processing and are committed to delivering exceptional service. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of payroll integration while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
What you'll do
As a Senior Payroll Services Associate, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the integration of their payroll systems with Betterment's platform. You will ensure that data flows between payroll providers and Betterment are successful and timely, acting as a resource for clients throughout the process. You will collaborate with various internal teams to address any issues that arise and provide solutions that enhance the client experience. Your role will involve analyzing client needs and offering tailored support to ensure their payroll integration is smooth and efficient. You will also participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on industry best practices and Betterment's offerings.
