You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services sector, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects. Your strong analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings and improve user experiences. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.
You are adept at navigating complex regulatory environments and understand the importance of compliance in financial services. Your experience with back-end infrastructure and operational processes equips you to develop scalable solutions that meet the needs of employers and employees alike. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Betterment, you will take ownership of the Employer Recordkeeping platform, ensuring it operates seamlessly and securely.
