What you'll do

As the Principal HR Business Partner for R&D, you will architect and lead enterprise-wide people transformations that enable the organization to compete at the forefront of AI-enabled product development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations that drive strategic workforce planning and talent management. Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that HR practices support the unique needs of the R&D function.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance employee development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
