Overview

BeyondTrust is hiring a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and assistance to end users in Singapore. You'll manage IT equipment and ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues. This role is ideal for someone customer-oriented and motivated.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users both face-to-face and remotely. You will log and track incidents and service requests in a ticketing system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary and follow established processes for incident resolution and request fulfillment. Additionally, you will manage and maintain all IT equipment within the office premises, ensuring everything is functioning optimally.
