You have experience in IT support, delivering high-quality service in line with targeted SLAs. Your strong customer service skills enable you to handle tickets professionally while communicating effectively with end-users. You thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments, demonstrating analytical and problem-resolution skills. Your communication skills are excellent, both written and spoken, and you possess the ability to empathize with users to ensure their needs are met. You are familiar with ITIL processes and have a working knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow, which you use to capture interactions and aid in continual service improvements.
Desirable
You have a passion for new technologies and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Flexibility in working hours is vital, as you will be required to work in a rotating shift pattern. Occasional travel to customer sites in the UK and Ireland may be required, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to providing excellent service.
