Your consultative skills are essential in helping Enterprise customers during onboarding and throughout their lifecycle with BigCommerce.

You possess expert knowledge of the BigCommerce platform and third-party applications, which you leverage to customize and deliver high-quality global developer training. Your ability to conduct detailed scoping calls ensures that training is tailored to meet the specific needs of Professional Services, Agency partners, and internal employees. You are passionate about empowering others and take pride in contributing to their success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills of developers working with the BigCommerce platform. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that training materials are relevant and up-to-date, reflecting the latest features and best practices. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to accommodate a global audience.

You will also gather feedback from training participants to continuously improve the training experience. By analyzing the effectiveness of training programs, you will make data-driven decisions to enhance future sessions. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible manner will be key to your success in this position.
