What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and delivering high-quality global developer training on behalf of BigCommerce. You will conduct detailed scoping calls with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor training sessions accordingly. Your expertise in the BigCommerce platform will be crucial as you guide Professional Services, Agency partners, and internal employees through the training process. You will also be involved in creating training materials and resources that enhance the learning experience.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the training provided aligns with the overall goals of the organization and meets the needs of the customers. Your role will involve continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and evolving industry standards. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and coach others, fostering a culture of learning and development within the organization.
