What you'll do

In this role, you will own and evolve the internal technical enablement strategy for Contentful's product features. You will develop prescriptive implementation guidance and create workshops, enablement materials, and tools that facilitate a consistent understanding of best practices across teams. Your expertise will help shape the training and learning sessions that align technical enablement with go-to-market strategies, ensuring that all stakeholders are equipped to leverage Contentful effectively.

You will collaborate with Field Enablement to establish a cadence of training sessions that promote ongoing education and knowledge sharing. By engaging closely with internal teams, you will foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement, empowering others to adopt Contentful with confidence. Your role will also involve synthesizing feedback from various teams to inform product innovation and guide business strategy, making you a key player in driving the company's success.
