Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in ECAD design, PCB layout, DFM, or a related hardware engineering field. Your expertise with industry-standard ECAD tools such as Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Mentor Graphics Xpedition, and Altium Designer sets you apart. You possess exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic abilities, allowing you to tackle complex challenges effectively. You are a self-starter who thrives in independent work environments and is always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies. Your passion for advancing hardware design and driving efficiency is evident in your work. You are excited about the potential of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance ECAD workflows and are committed to seamless technology adoption.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect, optimize, and advance workflows for Apple's electrical and mechanical design teams. You will collaborate closely with engineers to deliver the best products, ensuring that the CAD design environment is top-notch. Your responsibilities will include training and educating team members on best practices and innovative solutions.
