You possess strong leadership skills and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lab Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D. You are passionate about transforming healthcare through innovative diagnostics and are committed to making a meaningful impact in the field. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by purpose, eager to contribute to a mission that prioritizes patient care and quality outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in molecular diagnostics or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with CLIA regulations and quality management systems will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. What you'll do
As the Director of Quality, you will lead operational quality initiatives that support our CLIA-certified laboratory operations. Your role will involve optimizing receiving inspection processes and implementing robust supplier controls to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
