Hims & Hers is hiring a Director of Quality Program Management to lead quality initiatives and manage a team of Quality Program Managers. This role focuses on supporting the Global Head of Quality across compounding programs and requires strong project management skills.

You have extensive experience in project management, particularly in quality program management, and have a proven track record of leading teams effectively. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to maintain clear internal communication across various teams.
You are adept at navigating complex projects and understand the importance of keeping teams aligned and moving forward. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to contribute their best work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage quality initiatives for the compounding PMO, reporting directly to the Director of Program Management. You will be responsible for leading a growing team of Quality Program Managers, ensuring that all quality programs meet the necessary standards and regulations.
You will work closely with the Global Head of Quality to support all 503a & 503b compounding programs, anticipating potential challenges and proactively addressing them. Your role will involve coordinating with various departments to ensure that all teams are aligned and informed about project statuses and quality standards.
