You have a strong background in business development and operations, ideally within the blockchain or cryptocurrency space. You understand the nuances of decentralized finance and are passionate about empowering users with control over their assets. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of the Web3 landscape and are eager to contribute to innovative projects that reshape the financial ecosystem.
Desirable
Experience with decentralized applications (dApps) and a solid understanding of blockchain technology will set you apart. Familiarity with token trading and self-custody wallets is a plus, as is a network within the cryptocurrency community. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adaptable to the evolving nature of the industry.
What you'll do
As a Business Development & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the Binance Wallet team, focusing on building a decentralized version of Binance. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop on-chain infrastructure and enhance user experiences with self-custody wallets. Your responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving user adoption of the decentralized wallet.
