Who you are
You have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance — you are familiar with the principles of self-custody wallets and decentralized exchanges. Your experience in operations management equips you to handle complex projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills — you thrive in environments where you can empower users and enhance their experience with digital assets. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively allows you to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
Join the Binance Wallet team and contribute to building a decentralized version of Binance. You will be involved in developing on-chain infrastructure and ensuring seamless token trading across various blockchains. Your role will require you to collaborate with engineers and product managers to drive the Web3 initiative forward.
You will be responsible for managing operations related to the wallet, ensuring that users have full control over their assets. This includes overseeing the implementation of features that enhance user experience and security. You will also analyze user feedback and data to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
