What you'll do

As the Regional Head of Compliance for the Americas, you will lead the compliance function across the region, ensuring that Binance adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures tailored to the unique challenges of the cryptocurrency industry. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will provide guidance on compliance-related matters and support the business in achieving its strategic objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for conducting compliance training for employees and ensuring that the compliance culture is embedded throughout the organization. Regularly reporting to senior management on compliance issues and developments will be a key part of your role, as will liaising with regulatory authorities to ensure transparency and cooperation.
