You have experience in trading support, ideally within the cryptocurrency or financial services sector — you understand the nuances of working with VIP clients and institutions, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and attention to detail are paramount. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
You are familiar with the cryptocurrency market and have a solid understanding of trading mechanisms — your ability to analyze market trends and provide insights will be invaluable in assisting clients with their trading strategies. You are adept at problem-solving and can think on your feet, ensuring that you can handle any challenges that arise with professionalism and efficiency.
What you'll do
As a Trading Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for VIP clients and institutional partners, providing them with exceptional support and guidance.
