Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the finance or cryptocurrency sectors — you understand the complexities of trading platforms and have a strong grasp of user needs in this space. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance product offerings and user experience.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. You are adept at stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the product vision and roadmap. Your experience in agile methodologies allows you to lead sprints and prioritize tasks efficiently.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Binance, you will own the product strategy for Margin Trading, defining the roadmap and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. You will conduct market research and user interviews to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features that meet the needs of our trading community.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
